Most women do chest exercises because they believe it would make their busts get larger. Contrary to popular belief, lifting chest muscles do not necessarily mean enhancing the breast size. Muscles are made firmer, relieving it of the sagging appearance that may come with age and bodily changes, but the breast size relatively remains the same.
